S1E60 - Helping Families Stay Connected When Life Shifts (with Kristina Heagh-Avritt)

Hey friends! This week on Blissful Connections, I sat down with Kristina Heagh-Avritt, coach, speaker, and co-founder of Vibrant Family Education. Kristina has spent over 30 years in teaching, mentoring, and family development, and she brought so much wisdom to our conversation about helping kids feel safe and strong when life throws them a curveball.

We talked about the Vibrant Family Education approach, which focuses on heart, mind, and spirit, and how the shift many families made during COVID opened the door to more flexible ways of learning. Kristina cleared up some common myths about homeschooling, especially around socialization, and shared how it can be a beautiful, customized option for kids with special needs.
